Customer Service Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, assist customers, take messages, and route inquiries to appropriate departments
• Take customer orders and enter new rental or service requests into system
• Perform data entry, invoice preparation, and billing using QuickBooks
• Verify insurance coverage and resolve any invoice issues
• Communicate dispatch instructions to yard staff
• Update logs, clean sheets, and internal database spreadsheets using Excel
• File documents, organize office space, and maintain a clean desk
• Provide timely and professional customer service both verbally and in writing
• Work closely with field operations and yard supervisors to address service discrepancies

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• 1+ year of experience using QuickBooks
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and resolve customer issues professionally
• Basic math and problem-solving ability
