An established, nationally recognized wealth management firm providing comprehensive investment, financial planning, and retirement solutions to individuals, families, foundations, and corporations is seeking a Sr. Client Service Associate to join their team. Their teams also support institutional consulting, cash management, and a broad suite of advisory services. With a strong operational platform, sophisticated investment capabilities, and a collaborative culture, they empower their advisors and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experience. Headquartered in a major financial hub with offices across the United States, we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational and service-related processes to ensure accurate and timely execution of client transactions and investment activities.
  • Serve as a key liaison between advisors, clients, and internal departments, providing daily support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  • Well versed in alternative investments, private placements and handling subscription documents.
  • Manage the new client onboarding process, including meeting preparation, collection of client information, preparation of required account documentation, and coordination of account setup and transfers.
  • Oversee asset allocation and reallocation workflows, including documentation management, account establishment, and coordination with internal investment and operations teams.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service through research, follow-up, accurate information sharing, and timely completion of service requests.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of firm policies, procedures, and investment strategies to effectively troubleshoot and support both advisors and clients.
  • Participate in firm initiatives and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar operational or service role within an investment management firm, RIA, or broker-dealer.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry operations, standards, and best practices.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple assignments, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs while delivering exceptional service.
  • High energy, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize workflow, and manage competing demands.
  • Capacity to develop a working understanding of client portfolios and accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • BA/BS in finance or a related field preferred.
