Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a financial services company based out of Olympia, WA to fill a Customer Service Representative position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Making and receiving phone calls regarding current account and loan statuses with business clients
- Providing outstanding customer service through compassionate communication and professional phone etiquette
- Reviewing account history and analyzing client interactions
- Problem solving with clients to help identify repayment solutions
- Conducting research to better understand client accounts and situations
- Managing multiple priorities throughout the workday
- Maintaining accurate account notes and documentation
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of recent office experience
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Professional and compassionate customer service approach
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background screen
