Account Representative Customer Service

As an Account Representative, your function would be to make telephone calls and readily know the answers to FAQ consumers may have. We are looking for employees who can work independently after the initial training by holding the percentage of debt recovery on the collection desk to industry standards by minimizing losses while cost effectively estimating the probability of successful recovery.

You would be responsible for maintaining a complete debt collection portfolio using the support framework designed. i.e.: learning policies and procedures, accessing letters, sources of needed information and scheduling requirements to achieve successful recovery.

Employees must develop technical knowledge to add, change and delete information in the system, memorize action codes, properly use forms for department networking, skip tracing methods, and in general mastering the collection system to appropriately and effectively work the debts assigned to you.

You will be negotiating and educating consumers on the benefits of paying their debts in full and in a timely fashion. Using the verbal skills and communication techniques taught during the training courses to manage people to the point where public opinion remains in favor of our clients.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coral Gables, FL 33134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
