Service Coordinator

We’re hiring a Service Coordinator for our West Houston client! We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Service Coordinator
• Location: West Houston, TX
• Pay: $29.00 - $32.00/hour DOE
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties: Coordinates and schedule field service technicians for customer service calls and project work. Prepare service quotations and assist with job planning and execution. Ensure technicians have the necessary work orders, documentation, and customer information prior to dispatch. Maintain accurate records in SAP and track job progress from initiation through completion. Support billing activities by reviewing completed service documentation and submitting information for invoicing. Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery. Provide administrative support including data entry, report generation, and document management
• Requirements: 3+ years of administrative, service coordination, or dispatching experience. Experience using SAP in a service, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Technical aptitude and ability to understand service-related documentation and processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently
