CNA/HHA

Location: Metrowest and Middlesex County – Patients’ Homes

AJ Home Care is hiring compassionate CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes throughout Metrowest, Middlesex, and neighboring counties. This is a fulfilling opportunity to work in a flexible, client-centered environment where your care makes a real impact.

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated caregivers who are passionate about helping others. As a CNA or HHA, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health, comfort, and independence of our patients at home. Our ideal candidate is dependable, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Offer medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans
Monitor vital signs and report any health changes to the supervising nurse
Help patients with mobility and transferring
Document care provided and maintain confidentiality at all times
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure consistent care
Provide transportation as needed
Where You’ll Work:

You’ll care for clients in their homes
We serve clients across Metrowest and Middlesex
You’ll be matched with cases close to your location when possible

Qualifications:

Certified CNA or HHA
Reliable transportation required
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a CORI/background check
Experience in patient care or home health preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
Bonus: Familiarity with basic medical terminology and emergency medicine is a plus
