We're looking for an Admin/Customer Escalation Specialist to join our team that has the core values that we hold for our clients.

Role Description
This is a full-time 9am-5pm(extra hours required during our busiest time of the year October 15th-December 7th), Monday through Friday, on-site role for an Admin/Customer Escalation Specialist at Inspired Advisors located in Wichita, KS. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to insurance policy customer service, data entry, back-office tasks and greeting clients with a contagious smile.

Pay Transparency
-The base pay for this role is: $36k salary pay with a profitability-based annual bonus. You will also receive a vacation of 10 business days per year. -There will be some paid holidays, and two weeks at the end of December paid as well.

Responsibilities
-Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with our business model.
-Communicate with customers via multiple channels (phone, texts, emails) while navigating multiple systems and platforms.
-Manage an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
-Form working relationships with all other employees and leadership.
-Present yourself with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude to clients and other office personnel.
-Monitor and track the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues.
-Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
-Comply with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
-Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
-Handles Incoming and Outgoing mail and interoffice communications.
-May perform office supply inventory and replenishment services.
-Greet and create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
-Other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED
-1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
-Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related software or other -CRM system
-Attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points
-Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying and solving problems
-Experience manipulating and entering accurate data
-Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft -Office capabilities
-State Insurance License
-Bilingual proficiency is a plus
