Cleaning Technician

Job Type: Part-Time, On-Call (with opportunity for additional hours and growth)

Pay: $13–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties
• Perform routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
• Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate professionally with clients and management
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
