The Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Days: Monday – Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend, every weekend!)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Lunch: 1-hour dedicated lunch break daily (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our shop and the bridge between our customers and our technicians. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and listening to their automotive concerns.
• Translating customer symptoms into clear, actionable repair orders for our technicians.
• Explaining vehicle diagnostics, necessary repairs, and maintenance recommendations to customers with clarity and transparency.
• Providing accurate cost estimates and obtaining customer authorization for repairs.
• Managing workflow to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and on time.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that keeps clients coming back.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a strong sales/customer service role (preferred).
• Strong communication skills—you can explain complex mechanical issues in simple terms.
• A positive, high-energy attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills for service writing software and digital vehicle inspections.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
