Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Staffing Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations within a staffing agency environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for associates and internal teams, providing support with inquiries related to assignments, timekeeping, attendance, and general employment questions.

·      Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (hours may change)

·      Pay rate $20.00-22.00

·      Location: City of Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages from associates and clients
• Assist associates with assignment information, schedules, and dispatch details
• Support timekeeping inquiries, including missed punches and corrections
• Document interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate payroll, attendance, or performance issues as needed
• Maintain professional and timely communication
• Support recruiting and onboarding teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required (staffing or call center preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and experience using multiple systems
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
