Personal injury Case Manager

The Personal Injury Case Manager plays a critical role within a dedicated personal injury team, independently managing cases from initiation through settlement. This position involves daily to monthly engagement with medical providers to ensure thorough case progression and client support. The Case Manager utilizes specialized software tools such as FileVine, Pipeline, and Outlook Offices to maintain efficient case tracking and communication. Serving clients bilingually in English and Spanish, this role demands strong organizational and advocacy skills without any travel requirements. Our case managers draft their own demands and negotiate/settle their case loads.

Responsibilities

• Assess personal injury cases and manage client communications effectively
• Review medical records for completeness and accuracy
• Draft and send out demand packets
• Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims and settlements
• Negotiate settlements in collaboration with legal and insurance teams
• Schedule appointments and monitor client progress regularly
• Handle billing coordination to ensure timely payment processing
• Apply customer service etiquette in all client interactions, bilingual in English and Spanish

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury case management
• Proficient in case management and medical terminology
• Strong client advocacy and understanding of insurance procedures
• Experience preparing legal documentation relevant to personal injury cases
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities with strict attention to detail
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
