Job Description
Duties:
Receives and processes inbound and outbound orders by EDI, phone, fax, or e-mail in our WMS system, in an accurate and timely manner. May prepare routing information, schedule appointments with carriers, and prepare shipping documents to be sent to the shipping office. • Communicates with customers by phone or e-mail regarding returns, shipments, deliveries, and inventory status. • communicates them promptly to your supervisor or manager for resolution.
Skills required:
*3PL experience, quick learner, attention to detail, email etiquette, motivated.
*Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
*1-3 years of CSR experience in a warehouse environment strongly preferred.
Education:
-High School Diploma/GED
-Resume and interview required
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday
