Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for interacting with customers and , scheduling service,  and billing. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide general information about what services the company provides
• Schedule service calls and place orders for heating fuel. 
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
