Marathon Staffing is hiring for a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Manager to support the School of Medicine!Are you someone who thrives on organization, coordination, and keeping complex schedules running smoothly? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the experience of future medical professionals by supporting clinical rotations and academic programming.

About the Role
As a Curriculum Manager, you will be at the center of medical education operations, coordinating schedules, collaborating with faculty and students, and ensuring seamless execution of academic and clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage clinical schedules for medical students across multiple departments

• Coordinate and communicate schedules with students, faculty, and clinical partners

• Maintain detailed spreadsheets and tracking systems using formulas and data management tools

• Assist with course evaluations, exam coordination, and proctoring

• Manage and update course materials and schedules in platforms such as Canvas, MedHub, or similar systems

• Build strong working relationships with faculty, students, and clinical stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including formulas and data tracking)

• Ability to quickly learn systems such as MedHub, Canvas, Clinician Nexus, or similar platforms

• Experience in higher education, healthcare education, or program coordination is a plus

• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities

• Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across diverse groups

Pay Rate

• $33.00 per hour
