Floor Supervisor

Job Title: Bilingual Production Floor Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Act as a strong leader. Motivate, train, and mentor production workers to maintain a high-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

· Scheduling: Develop, manage, and adjust daily/weekly employee shift schedules to ensure maximum line efficiency and coverage.

· Job Assignments: Assess daily production goals and seamlessly assign tasks, stations, and responsibilities to floor workers.

· Bilingual Communication: Facilitate clear, effective communication between non-English speaking staff and upper management to prevent misunderstandings and improve workflow.

· Quality & Operations Oversight: Ensure all manufactured production and chemical compounds meet strict regulatory and ISO:9001 quality standards.

· Problem Solving: Proactively address equipment, process, or staffing issues on the floor to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bilingual (English/Spanish): Fluent in both languages (written and spoken) to translate instructions and communicate company policies.

· Experience: 3-5+ years of supervisory or strong line lead experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.

· Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to command the floor, enforce safety protocols, and hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive work culture.·

Organizational Skills: Proficiency in creating schedules and reading/interpreting production requirements or job assignments.
