Part-Time Customer Service Representative:
IMPORTANT: THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION
Location: Aurora, CO 80011
Pay: $20-24/hr., Depending on Experience
Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM| Before applying, please confirm that you are available and committed to a fixed 20-hour work week. This role does not offer full-time hours.

Experience: 6 months of Customer Service experience
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
Part-Time Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, consistently delivering excellent service.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, providing client-focused solutions.
- Proactively manage the full customer order process, including order intake, confirmation, and analysis to ensure optimal shipping, and keep customers informed of changes.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team for order fulfillment and follow up regularly after sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, including follow-up on quotes, upselling, and cross-selling to meet sales quotas.
- Manage administrative tasks such as generating RMAs, processing Requests for Credit, handling monthly reports, and completing NAFTA certificates.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines and processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve customer-related workflow and systems.
Part-Time Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer-focused office environment with daily direct customer interaction; Inside Sales experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience utilizing an ERP system (Syspro preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
