Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full‐time Customer Service Representative to join our small but fast‐paced office team. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail‐oriented individual who can support production, shipping, and daily office operations. This role works closely with managers across departments to keep workflows running smoothly.

Must be dog‐friendly — our office pups are part of the team.

General Duties

• Enter customer orders, schedule incoming/outgoing shipments, and prepare quotes
• Support production and inventory control processes
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Maintain filing systems and general office organization
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, organizational, data entry, and time‐management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Adaptability in a fast‐changing environment without compromising quality
• Self‐motivated and dependable
