We are expanding into new territories and looking for four ambitious Outside Sales Manager Trainees to join our 90-day management development program. No sales experience or college degree is needed. If you are motivated, confident with people, and ready to learn, we will give you the training and support to succeed.

The Role

You will learn how to build customer relationships, grow business, support outside sales activity, and develop the skills needed to lead a sales team.

This is a full-time opportunity with clear progression into sales management and district management roles.
