Responsibilities:
- Assist new and existing customers in providing prices and availability on our company products.
- Process orders, delivery receipts, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate the flow of outgoing orders with the warehouse personnel.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Basic computer skills.
