We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager or General Manager to lead a high-volume fast casual restaurant in the New Hyde Park area. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest service
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
• Maintain food safety and operational standards
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture and lead by example

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Fast casual or QSR experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and restaurant performance metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
