Location: Wilmington, DE 19801
Pay Rate: $19.05 - $23.00/hour
Duration: 3-month contract (High likelihood of extension and/or conversion based on performance)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3 PM to 12 AM and Friday 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Overview:
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join their team. This role plays an important part in supporting customers by ensuring legal documents and corporate filings are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill orders for internal and external customers while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Research, analyze, and process legal documents
- Submit legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
- Retrieve legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations
- Research entity status and provide updates as needed
- Resolve issues independently or escalate when appropriate
- Track requests through completion and communicate progress to customers and internal teams
- Navigate multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately
- Support customer satisfaction and overall organizational success
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, best practices, and special projects
- Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Overtime and minimal travel (approximately 5%) may be required
Qualifications:
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Equivalent experience accepted: 2+ years of customer service experience in place of a degree
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to quickly integrate information from multiple sources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe products
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, applications, and databases
