Customer Service Representative - Inbound Contact Center - No sales

Job description:
Tempe company who assists builders, contractors, utility companies, and the general public with coordinating the location and marking of existing underground utility lines prior to digging to protect workers from injury and underground utilities from being damaged, is in need of qualified candidates to assist their customers/clients.

Job Duties Include:

• Assisting customers over the phone. Collect, process, and verify information regarding dig site locations throughout Arizona.
• No Sales or Debt Collections - 100% inbound calls with heavy focus on accuracy and quality
• General working hours to start: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (Full Time)
• Working at Tempe office location (1405 West Auto Dr, Tempe 85284)
• Assist Customers / Enter data into computer accurately
• Verify entered data with the customer to ensure accuracy

Job Type: Full-time in the Tempe office (this is not a work-from-home position)

Wage: $22.50 per hour

Education & Experience required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual skills a plus

Employment pre-requisites: Arizona 811 conducts employment, education, and criminal background checks plus a drug screening as part of pre-employment process. There is also a random drug screening program in place after employment.
