Delivery Coordinator

The Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role within the logistics team, managing and optimizing delivery operations for a small volume of up to 50 deliveries per day. This role requires strong coordination skills to effectively schedule routes, liaise with carriers, and maintain clear communication with customers while ensuring all delivery documentation is accurate and timely. Occasional local travel is expected to support delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan delivery routes efficiently
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status and issues
• Manage and organize delivery documentation accurately
• Support the logistics team in daily operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination

• Experience in logistics management
• Familiarity with route optimization software
