Restaurant Team Member

This position is for a new location that will be opening in approximately a month.

Job Overview
We are seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Team Members to join our dual-brand Dunkin’ and Jimmy John’s location. Team members provide excellent customer service, prepare food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and help create a positive experience for every guest. No experience is required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, sandwiches, and other menu items according to brand standards.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Assist with food preparation and inventory stocking.
• Work as part of a team to ensure fast and accurate service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
