We take pride in caring for some of the most beautiful homes and properties in the Livingston and Park County area — and we’re looking for someone who takes that same pride in their work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, full-time position with a property management team that genuinely supports one another. You will work both collaboratively and independently — taking ownership of your properties and routines while having a team behind you every step of the way.
No two days are exactly alike. From seasonal preparation to routine property checks, you will play a vital role in keeping our homes looking and functioning at their very best.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs of residential properties
– Assist with preparation of homes for owner or guest arrivals
– Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and vendor visits
– Monitor properties for seasonal needs including winterization and spring readiness
– Maintain detailed records and checklists for each property
– Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding property status
– Respond promptly to property concerns or urgent situations
– Keep supplies organized and properties impeccably presented

QUALIFICATIONS
– Prior experience in property management, facilities, housekeeping, or a related field preferred
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Comfortable with physical tasks and working in varying weather conditions
– Excellent communication and professional demeanor
– Familiarity with the Livingston / Park County area is a plus
