Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Record patients’ behavioral progress accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Support clients with developmental disabilities.
• Collect data on behaviors, and document medical records to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations through crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Light housekeeping and meal prepping.
• *****This is a 8-10 days per month 24hr role paying $200 - $275 per day. *****

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
• Ability to work with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or PTSD requires patience and understanding.
• Familiarity with medication documentation, and HIPAA regulations is necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive attitude combined with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
