Customer Service Specialist

I. Position Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist will report to the Customer Service Manager and has responsibility in the areas of shipping samples, purchase orders, accounts receivable, inventory management and general office administration activities.

II. Specific Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

Process purchase orders as directed

• Send accounts receivable reminders to customers
• General customer service data entry
• Ship samples to customers
• Manage sample inventory
• Maintains inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed
• Enter and process Purchase Orders, new customer information, and update customer information
• Provide general administrative support
• Other duties as required

III. Essential Skills and Experience:

Education or Equivalent: (Minimum required to perform job)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 plus years experience
• Written and oral Spanish and English skills a Preferred
