Food Server

The Food Server will provide exceptional table service in a casual dining or fast casual restaurant setting. This role involves taking orders, interacting with customers warmly, and ensuring a smooth dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service and take accurate customer orders
• Engage positively with customers to enhance their dining experience
• Handle cash and process payments efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu to assist customers and upsell
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely service
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in food service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
