HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Comfort Inn in Glenmont, NY. This is an exciting opportunity  for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service, team leadership, revenue growth, and operational excellence. 

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Breakfast, and Sales
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee development
• Monitor hotel financial performance, budgets, payroll, and expenses
• Drive revenue through effective rate management and sales initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards and quality assurance requirements
• Coordinate property improvement projects and vendor relationships
• Foster a positive work environment and strong team culture

Qualifications:
• Prior hotel management experience required
• Choice Hotels experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with hotel revenue management and budgeting
• Knowledge of property management systems and hospitality software
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support hotel operations
