Location: Clifton, TX 
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing + Senior Living Campus

Shift: TBA but must be flexible

Start Date: ASAP 

Contract Length: Contract and per diem options available 

Pay Options:

• $22/hour (all taxable)
  OR
• Travel Package: $8/hour taxable + $680/week non-taxable stipend
  (Must reside 50+ miles from facility for travel package)

Position Overview

Star Nursing is seeking dependable CNAs to support a well-established skilled nursing and senior living campus in Clifton, TX. This facility provides long-term care, rehab, and memory support services.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Provide mobility support and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Support nursing staff with daily care tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean environment

Requirements

• Active TX CNA license
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• CPR or BLS required
• Social Security
• Driver's license
• Updated Resume - must have 6 months of long-term care experience
• 2 current supervisor references
• Physical (within 12 months)
• TB skin test (within 12 months)
• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
• Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
