Business Management Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day business management activities across supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and standardized processes;
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, internal review coordination, execution, and filing;
• Act as the key liaison between business teams and the Legal department, following up on contract reviews and ensuring compliance and risk control;
• Support various business functions (warehousing, transportation, solution design, etc.) on contract-related and commercial matters;
• Track key projects and customer engagements to ensure alignment between contractual terms and business execution;
• Establish and continuously improve contract management and business processes to enhance efficiency and compliance;
• Assist in business data consolidation and analysis to support management decision-making;
• Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive issue resolution and project execution;
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in business management, contract management, or supply chain-related roles;
• Familiar with contract processes and basic legal risk awareness; experience working with Legal teams is preferred;
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required, with the ability to review and manage contracts in Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or cross-border e-commerce industries;
• Experience in contract template setup or process optimization;
• Project management experience.
