Customer Service and Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Raffo Enterprise is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service & Sales Representatives. We work with leading telecommunications clients and are looking for candidates who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find the right solutions.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail setting
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

Compensation
