Duties and Responsibilities

• Field incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to collect past due balances in a professional and respectful manner.
• Utilize knowledge of financial concepts to explain payment terms and options.
• Update records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Patient and professional demeanor

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 9 to 5
• Full Time
• No Evenings or Weekends

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience, plus uncapped commission on fees earned
