2nd Shift Utility/Janitor - Warehouse/Manufacturing Setting

We are seeking a Utility Person / Janitor to support the cleanliness, organization, and

overall appearance of our manufacturing facility.

This role is responsible for maintaining production support areas, offices, break rooms,

restrooms, and common spaces while helping ensure a safe, clean, and professional

environment for employees and visitors.

What You’ll Do:

Key responsibilities may include:

• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility

• Collect and dispose of cardboard from production and warehouse areas

• Remove metal chips from designated collection areas

• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment

• Clean and maintain restrooms, locker rooms, offices, conference rooms, and break

areas

• Monitor and restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed

• Support cleanliness and organization throughout production, warehouse, and office

spaces

• Maintain cafeterias, water stations, and employee common areas

• Assist with outdoor facility upkeep, including seasonal snow removal and salting

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facility maintenance, warehouse, or

manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Reliable attendance and dependability

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
