Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stanchfield, MN. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience from inquiry through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Review and process requests for quotes, partnering with Purchasing, Estimating, and Production to determine pricing and lead times

• Prepare and follow up on quotes to support business growth

• Accurately enter and manage customer orders within ERP and CRM systems

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and customer expectations are met

• Communicate order updates, shipment information, and potential delays proactively

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, working cross-functionally to identify effective solutions

• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, orders, and related documentation

• Develop product knowledge to effectively support customer needs and inquiries

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within customer service operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account coordination, order management, or a related role, preferably within a manufacturing environment

• Experience with quoting, purchase orders, order entry, and working with multiple internal departments

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is preferred
