Davlyn Manufacturing is a privately-owned, thermal solutions leader, with more than 40 years of experience supplying customers in the transportation, appliance, and metals manufacturing industries. Our team is searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join us at our headquarters in Spring City, PA. The primary responsibilities for this position include managing customer accounts, entering customer orders, participating in manufacturing planning meetings as needed, and acting as the liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure timely product fulfillment.

Our recently expanded 125,000 square-feet facility in Spring City enables us to produce some of the most complicated parts found on the market today.

 

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or applicable field.
  • 3+ Years of Customer Service experience.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a related Manufacturing environment.
  • Action and detail oriented.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and preferably Sage, Syteline, Visual, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
