Case Manager

Marathon Staffing, a premier staffing agency specializing in government and community-based programs, is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Case Manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge and understanding of substance use and mental health

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Flexible availability, including occasional evening or virtual meetings

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly meetings and sessions as required

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

• Conduct site visits and compliance checks

• Provide case management services and support to assigned individuals

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and written reports, including treatment recommendations

• Meet with individuals one-on-one in person or virtually

• Submit evaluation reports within five (5) business days of interviews

• Verify documents and obtain required information for case files

• Testify in court or administrative hearings when necessary
