Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator / Sales

Our client is a small contractor/subcontractor specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings. With extensive experience in hundreds of projects across Chicagoland and the surrounding areas, they focus on providing quality solutions in the metal building sector. We are seeking a dedicated candidate to join our client's team as a direct placement and contribute to their ongoing success.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project proposals based on provided drawings and specifications.
• Manage project submittals, onsite project management, and coordination with other trades.
• Conduct site meetings and develop project schedules.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to job sites as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and attention to detail in all task execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pre-engineered metal buildings, either with a manufacturer or a contractor.
• Strong construction management knowledge and general construction knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and One Drive; familiarity with Blue Beam, Microsoft Teams, and Sketch-Up is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs in a job site environment and manage short on-site responsibilities when needed.
