We are an ultra luxury perfume company looking for a specialized customer support service assistant their job will be making sure our customer service and support is up to party answering emails replying to calls connect customers orders with the fulfillment team to make sure everything is done correctly apply any edits or changes to order and help with call scheduling and tracking of customer shipments and packages.
