Job Description
We are seeking experienced Welder / Millwright for an upcoming project in Norwalk, CA. The ideal candidates will have a strong welding and mechanical background, with specific experience stick welding 7018 and 6011, installing, assembling, and maintaining heavy conveyor systems or airport baggage handling systems. Must be able to weld and millwright.

Key Responsibilities
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed repair drawings related to construction equipment and machinery.
- Equipment Installation: Align, move, assemble, and install machinery using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
- Tool Operation: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively during the installation process.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of a crew, assisting fellow millwrights and tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–4+ years of industrial mechanical or millwright experience.
- Specialization: Prior experience with conveyor or baggage handling installation/maintenance is strongly preferred (a major plus).
- Safety First: Current working knowledge of the latest OSHA and industry safety measures, precautions, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, teamwork mentality, and reliable transportation to the job site.
