Full Time School/Church Janitor

Seeking full time night shift custodian 3pm-11:30pm with primarily janitorial duties within a church and school setting. However additional more detailed responsibilities and requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

· Report on time to designated facility all for scheduled shifts.

· Thoroughly clean classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.

· Remove all trash from assigned areas and dispose of per building requirements.

· Locking doors in church and school per daily posted schedule.

· Assist with set up and clean up for church and school events. (chairs, tables, trash removal.)

· Walk church and school grounds to pick up and dispose of misc. debris.

· Removal of trash from outdoor church receptacles.

· Detailed dust mopping, sweeping and wet mopping of all ceramic floors.

· Vacuum all rugs, mats and carpeted areas.

· Replenish soap and paper products in bathrooms, (paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap.)

· Clean glass doors.

· Spot clean walls and doors.

· Cleaning of assigned stairwells

· Maintaining onsite janitorial equipment.

· Keep janitorial closets clean and organized.

· Report all facility issues to the maintenance supervisor.

· Complete and or assist with any additional requests of the building staff.
