Entry Level Customer Sales Associate

The CT Team is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our growing team in Wethersfield, CT.

We work with telecom and energy clients to support customer acquisition and account growth throughout the greater Hartford area. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service who are looking for a professional career path.

What You'll Do

• Meet directly with customers and represent client products and services
• Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Support customer acquisition and account growth initiatives
• Answer customer questions and communicate product information
• Work alongside the team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $5,000-$55,000, including commission
