Lincoln Door Systems LLC is a growing commercial overhead door company based in Cromwell, CT, and we are looking for motivated, dependable technicians to join our team.

This is a full-time, long-term position for individuals interested in commercial installation and service work involving:

• Overhead Doors
• Rolling Steel & Coiling Doors
• Fire Doors
• Specialty & Industrial Doors
• Dock Levelers & Loading Dock Equipment

We are looking for individuals who:
• Have strong mechanical aptitude
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Take pride in quality workmanship and professionalism
• Are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs
• Comfortable working in various weather and jobsite conditions
• Construction, welding, electrical, or door experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate
