Pediatrician

Dr. Satey’s Pediatric and Adolescent Medical Clinic is a well-established, collaborative pediatric practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children from birth through adolescence.

Our team includes 4 board-certified pediatricians, 4 nurse practitioners, and a supportive group of medical assistants and administrative staff. We are affiliated with Antelope Valley Hospital and Palmdale Regional Medical Center and proudly participate in residency and student training programs with UC Davis and local institutions.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated pediatrician to join our growing team.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, approximately 40 hours per week
• Patient Load: Average of 22–25 patients per day
• Newborn Rounding: Approximately 6 days per month; no delivery attendance required
• Inpatient Duties: Minimal; limited primarily to newborn nursery and occasional admissions
• Call Schedule: Shared call rotation, approximately 6 days per month, with triage support
• Facilities: Two clinic locations within 10 minutes of each other
• Support: Two medical assistants per provider, plus AI-assisted scribe documentation

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• Active California Medical License
• Active DEA License
• Medi-Cal approved or in the final stages of approval
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care
