Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the apartment community
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist residents and prospects
- Conduct apartment tours and assist with leasing activities
- Process applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up
- Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate resident service requests with maintenance staff
- Handle resident concerns and help resolve issues professionally
- Assist with monthly reports, inspections, and administrative duties
- Support the Property Manager with special projects and community events
- Ensure the office and property maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio, or RealPage is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
