Requirements:

Current CNA certification or equivalent experience in caregiving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
Experience with elderly or disabled clients preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and caregiving practices.
Must pass background checks and health screenings.
