About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. You'll work independently in a clean, quiet environment while helping customers and ensuring their garments receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with garment drop-off and pickup
• Inspect, tag, and sort garments for processing
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Create and manage customer invoices
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain an organized and professional front counter
• Assist with training, social media, and other administrative tasks as needed

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
