We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for interacting directly with customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending products or services based on individual needs. This role plays a key part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting overall sales and team goals.
No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success.
Candidates with backgrounds in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Promote and recommend products and services based on customer preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and general support
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions
- Support daily sales activities and contribute to individual and team goals
- Accurately document customer interactions when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times
