Hotel in Pueblo, Co is looking for a hands-on, results-driven AGM or Hotel Manager to lead our team and daily operations. This is a real ownership-minded role — you'll manage people, performance, and profitability under an active and growing hotel ownership group.
What You'll Do
- Lead Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast operations
- Manage labor, budgets, and departmental expenses
- Drive guest satisfaction scores (Wyndham GSS, Google, TripAdvisor)
- Hire, train, and develop staff to brand and company standards
- Enforce Wyndham/LQ brand compliance and property cleanliness standards
- Handle vendor relationships, scheduling, and payroll oversight
- Report to ownership on financial performance and operational KPIs
What We Need
- Mandatory 2+ years hotel management experience (AGM, GM, or equivalent) ***
- Wyndham brand experience strongly preferred
- OnQ PMS familiarity a plus
- Strong communicator — with guests, staff, and ownership
- Flexible availability — this is a 24/7 operation
- Financial literacy: comfortable with P&Ls, labor cost, RevPAR, ADR
