The Landscape Crew Member plays an essential role in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial outdoor spaces. Working within a small team or independently, this position involves various tasks from planting and weeding to operating equipment and keeping sites clean. Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Perform weeding, mulching, and lawn care tasks
• Operate landscaping equipment safely, including occasional heavy machinery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a small crew
